Our Response Centre is located in Holywood, Co. Down and is staffed by a team of highly-skilled call advisors. When you activate your device, you will be connected immediately to an advisor who will provide you with support and reassurance for as long as you need it.
We are able to contact your nominated responders to advise them that you may be feeling unwell or require some assistance. In an emergency, we can contact your doctor or the emergency services. Your call will never go unanswered.

I have been a call advisor for over 25 years. During this time I’ve watched the service grow and develop along with many changes in technology.
However, the ethos remains the same: always to respond to each caller as an individual – to assess each call and whatever help that may be required. We are there to help 24 hours a day. We’re there to alleviate our customers’ fears and provide support until help arrives.
