For VAT relief purposes, you may qualify if you are chronically sick or disabled. This includes people who:

• Have a physical or mental condition that has a long-term and substantial impact on daily activities
• Have a condition treated by medical professionals as a chronic illness
• Have a terminal illness

Examples of conditions that may qualify include (but are not limited to):

• Arthritis
• Asthma
• Cancer
• Dementia
• Diabetes
• Epilepsy
• Heart conditions
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Parkinson’s disease
• Stroke

How Do I Apply for VAT Exemption?

To apply for VAT exemption with Radius Connect 24, you will need to complete a VAT Exemption Declaration Form.

• Download and complete the VAT Exemption Form below.
• Sign the form and return it to us.

The VAT-exempt price will be applied from the date we receive your signed form.
